Someone please tell me that lens doesn't have 3D pop
Thank you, Tim!Love this, what great cloud formations!
Looks like clarity, texture & dehaze being ramped up in LR. Monochrome filters with such PPed landscapes with distinctive cloud can give an even greater striking bold effect.Thank you, Tim!
I think just dehaze, I didn't touch texture and clarity in LR, if I remember correctly. I took the photo last summer. The storm atmosphere was unbelievable. A bit of saturation and contrast are my "weak" points...Looks like clarity, texture & dehaze
Those flower photos I posted in the August thread already looked super saturated and contrasty. The S5ii was in Vivid profile in RAW but even changing the profile to Adobe landscape in LR mobile tamed it to just about acceptable. The storm atmosphere was unbelievable. A bit of saturation and contrast are my "weak" points.
Someone please tell me that lens doesn't have 3D popIt's superb!
Mine has been sitting in my backpack for 2 months![]()
If you enjoy this sort of subject matter, may I heartily recommend the US Air Force Museum, adjacent to Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. It's pretty astounding, especially the experimental aircraft collection and the collection of old Air Force Ones. This year's Labor Day trip was the Strategic Air Command museum in Omaha, NE:
Yup; I’ve been there twice, it’s a really neat place. Sadly both times were when I was much less skilled as a photographer. *sheepish look*If you enjoy this sort of subject matter, may I heartily recommend the US Air Force Museum, adjacent to Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. I've also been there twice. I love that museum. The first time I was there, lots of years ago, it just happened that the crew from the second Hiroshima B-29 strike plane, the Bockscar (which is on display at the museum) was there for a reunion, and I got to see these fairly old guys crawl into their airplane. It was a moment in history.Yup; I’ve been there twice, it’s a really neat place.
