Just lovely, and agree that aspect ratio is very effectiveTo kick things off, an image of bluebells - quintessentially May (in the northern hemisphere).

Agreed. I absolutely love the last one. There's something target magical about the light and colour in these lovely shots
Great photos Charles. I love the rock formations there. Really interesting place!I caught some Yucca blossoms today close to full bloom, with Vasquez Rocks in the background. Plus a 65:24 of the Rocks.
I love the second and the last shot which really shows the scale of the formations - great!I caught some Yucca blossoms today close to full bloom, with Vasquez Rocks in the background. Plus a 65:24 of the Rocks.

What the UK water companies are doing is criminal. It’s time the regulator grew some balls. But what we really need is for the industry to be renationalised.View attachment 415

miserable day, this being some sort of improvement to the sea defence in Mumbles
hopefully just rain water discharge but we all know about the water companies by now
I surf further round the coast and have seen/smelled some pretty foul 'rain water'
That's a great shot. And I think I've been to almost the same spot back in 2015. It's a lovely part of the world. This shot was taken in the morning so quite a bit of shadow to deal with. It's a great lookout, although I find that photos of lookouts like this never quite convey the feeling of height that you get when you're standing at the railing.

Thanks Paul. It is fun to stand up on this lookout and listen to what is a bit like white noise from the valley and breathe the fresh air. Glad to hear that you've visited! That's a great shot. And I think I've been to almost the same spot back in 2015. It's a lovely part of the world.
