TTartisans 40mm f/2

By the way, @dirk, is it not possible to edit a post for the second time or after 6 minutes?

Thank you, Dirk. I tried to re-edit the post 6 minutes after publishing it, so before 10 minutes, and it wouldn't let me, I thought that with the new version of the forum software the conditions for editing the posts had changed. For non-native English speakers like me, many times we have to correct grammar and the 10 minutes is a short time because we have other things to attend to. But thanks anyway.

I don't see much difference, to be honest, just if you zoom 200% in Lightroom you can see a bit of a green chromatic aberration.
It's very hard to tell with these small forum images, but to me the 18-40 looks slightly better.

I've been using this lens for the last couple of days for some social shots, which I won't post because they're mostly of my daughters, and it has performed pretty well. I have absolutely no problems with sharpness or contrast wide open, which is where I've mostly used it. AF is notably slower than my other lenses I think, though it has been in mostly quite poor light.

I was using ISO auto and the second picture was taken 20 or 30 seconds later, that means, the light did no change at all. Why the ISO was lower with the Lumix Lens? Does any one know this?
Here from petapixel about different lenses:
"The F-stop is a theoretical value, while the T-stop is an actual tested value. So while both the Zeiss Otus 55mm f/1.4 and 85mm f/1.4 lenses have a wide-open F-Number of 1.4, they actually transmit different values. According to DxOMark’s tests, the 55mm Otus transmission is T1.5 while the 85mm Otus transmission is T1.7."
Quite a big difference in our lens here it seems.
