Yeahhhhhhhhhh!( I can't comment on the new camera rumors for obvious reasons)
Actually I am fine with my cameras, but still for the sake of Pana and the L mount future, they need to improve the line-up "upwards".

He says in the comments of the video that it is a mockup image...
OK, but the 2 Red points next to the Red "H"... that may raise suspicions. They corresponde to the "II" in Roman characters, like in the S5II or the G9ii.It is. Look at some of the details: cross head screws aren't little metal discs with a '+' embossed into them, they have more depth in the centre. And no manufacturer goes to the trouble of aligning them all perfectly. Look at the product shots on DPReview's S1H review.
It's like a lot of AI generated imagery: everything is a bit too perfect, although it looks very convincing at first glance.
Xavier... Yeah and Richard Wong's last post sounded suspicious saying "( I can't comment on the new camera rumors for obvious reasons)"
Thx for the answer. I could share some footage, if you are interested. I have same (not public) stuff on youtube and at home, some 1000km away, some material stitched and "raw" in various light conditions. It could be okay, but 8K for 360 degree probably wouldn't be great. Do you know, is there somewhere I could download Insta360 video files?
There are quite a few things that work well. Apple TV has one at an elephant reserve in Africa that I like, much of it working very close-up. There are some nice musicals, including close-ups of the artists. And some sports stuff - there is one about rodeo bull riding that is quite good. A classic is a young woman crossing a fiord in Norway on a tight rope. These are all done at 180 degrees. In my case I have thought about close-up wave action in Hawaii; maybe a waterproof camera on a windsurf rig. The idea is to replicate the feeling of being there.
Totally reasonable position to take Richard. I see that Josh decided to jump on the predictions bandwagon (well, his hopes/expectations of what Panasonic might do in 2025), but I'm not holding much stock in it. Either he's embargoed on real info so can't say the truth, or he's speculating just like the rest of us. Either way, it's not reliable enough info to form any reasonable expectation.Hey Oiche,
Sorry just want to clarify my previous message a bit.
What I mean is, you guys know I have connections with Panasonic and a few brands. So whenever there are discussions about upcoming product rumours, I would try to avoid participating in those threads.
It’s because even if I’m just saying something that is completely my speculation and I explicitly clarified that, it may still get misinterpreted and could become a rumour.
There are already enough people purposely spreading fake rumours to get views and likes. I think those rumours really hurt the camera industry, as they hype things up so much with fake/misinformation and set wrong expectations that otherwise wouldn’t be there.
So when a company announces a new product, quite often people are disappointed because that’s not what the rumours promised.
For a similar reason, I very rarely create videos that speculate things on my YouTube channel, even though that is an easy way to get views and grow my channel as people like to watch these kinds of videos, I just don’t want to be another people that end up creating wrong expectations or rumours.
Apologies if my previous message caused any confusion.
