Anyone tried Silicon Camera Skins?

Oh Lord, this looks like you want to go swimming with you camera 
I would not remommend this. You will sweat a lot with this if it is hot outside. Also a lot of dirt will go between the body and the cover.
I never had a problem with the body as it is. Neither with Panasonic cameras nor with other brands. Except maybe the Sony RX100, which is without an additional small grip a little bit difficult to hold. But a cover was never needed.

Some people go crazy with these camouflage coats too and the price of it for a bit of neoprene. I think that's more 'man fashion' than anything, Sean Penn didn't even have it on his camera photographing snow leopard in the Walter Mitty film

LOL yeah, maybe I'm being just a bit overprotective. I'm sure these chinese products aren't the best quality - but I do love my spigen phone cases (designed in California iirc). You simply don't drop cameras, especially our type with big lenses. Referring to the backpack thread I bought a superb protective Manfrotto for cycling around if I fall off, otherwise I treat it like a newborn baby and always use the neckstrap.
A phone has no moving mechanical parts, compare that to ours with shutter, I.S mechanisns and AF motors, moving elements and all the conductive electrical bands which also move!
