S1 / S1H Custom Mode Settings Loading

Is anyone here using Custom Modes on their S1 / S1H? I currently have 10 custom modes (using C3 on the dial), but am trying to figure out how to NOT save whatever WB, ISO, F-stop I was at when I saved the custom mode. This is a setting in the Custom Mode Settings menu, that allows you to turn ON and OFF the loading of ISO / F-stop, SS and White Balance. But when I turn it off, it still loads whatever settings I had for those details when creating the custom mode... Any thoughts?

Is this how you all find it quickest to change resolutions / frame rates?
