M-Mount lens and panasonic S9

It's not the first time I've seen on the web what they say is the best set of manual lenses for the S9. As far as I understand, the angular sharpness will not be the same as on native m-mount devices. This has been discussed many times on the same Fred miranda forum.

What is angular sharpness?

There are literally 1000s of legacy lenses you can adapt, what the best are is subjective but yeah Voigtlander have their fans and amongst the better ones.

You can go crazy with this stuff, it is a rabbit hole.

Youtuber Matt Osbourne or MrLeica.com is into this using Lumix and has lots of content.

He is a model/photographer photographer if this is your thing, I like him but that realm of photography is a real art form, I love the iconic stuff but it is very difficult to do and a real challenge. It's real photography art school stuff and makes us look like snappers, and they don't talk about corner sharpness :p

Who says what now? I think a link is missing.

For me Carl Zeiss and Asahi Pentax lenses are optimal. Though I have just added an Olympus as well. Since these were made for SLR there is no issue with possible border degradation.
