Mine arrived a month or so back now. I'm really enjoying it. Not the sharpest lens out there, but nice colour and contrast. Been on my camera for ages now, it's such a versatile focal length. Not crazy distortion if you get up close, stand back a bit and it's "just" wide enough an awful lot of the time.

That is why I bought it almost immediately after getting my Lunix S5ii.

Had a 23mm on Fuji and 24mm on Nikon APS-C.

Thin it pairs nice a dual lens setup with the 18/1.8. Rendering is comparable for what I’ve seen of the 18.

I was thinking about it, and I've never actually had a 35mm lens. Been close, 40 mm and 30 mm (PL15 in m4/3) but never a 35 mm. I'm actually quite surprised at how much more I like the 35 mm FOV.
I've been wandering around with the 35 and my 14-28, the 35 mm is doing the majority of my shots.
And the little 26 mm pancake. It's such a fun and enjoyable lens to shoot with (the 26 mm) So unassuming and unpretentious, but it just produces lovely images. To me

That is why I like the 16-35, going up to 35 makes it so much more versatile. 28 -> 35 is still quite a difference. I can use that lens all day in the city. During vacations I like to combine it with the 28-200. And I bring the 24-60/2.8 for when I need more light or a single lens day.
