I looked at the Phillip Reeve review and it seems decent enough. It needs a lot of stopping down to get reasonable sharpness across the frame though. But that wouldn't be a problem for landscapes or cityscapes.
 
But it's £430 in the UK - that's a bit pricey for an f5, totally manual lens. If it were £200 I'd have given it a try, but £430 is really too much. You can pickup a Sigma 17mm f4 for not a lot more and that is faster, has much better optical performance and it's got AF, auto aperture, and EXIF.
