I have several Leica M and R Lenses. Already ordered Leica M-adapter L for my coming Lumix S1 which I believe it should work well with S1. However, for R Lenses, should I wait until Lumix makes one just like the one Lumix made for R to MFT, or should I go with R-adapter L from Leica which likely not fully compatible ?
As for Canon EF lenses, should I go with Sigma MC-21 or wait until more compatibility is announced ?
 
Why would the Leica R-L adaptor, not be fully compatible? The L mount is a standard but Panasonic may add features, but it will work. I use the Novoflex adaptor.
