I hardly use my 85mm for pictures like this, only interviews, portrait photos and photos at events. I now realise I also have to take this lens out more....

Yes. But in some other cameras it was even slower.

Great photo. The little 18-40mm clearly performs well on the S1Rii.
It's rare to see so much green out there.

It was pretty cramped in a small helicopter so I didn't want a large lens. The 18-40mm worked well.
They've had lots of rain recently. But fortunately we had a nice clear day.
