Any thoughts on these 2 lenses?

Meike MIX 24mm f1.4 Pro Full Frame Auto Focus STM

Meike MIX 35mm f/1.8 Pro Full Frame Auto Focus STM

My Meike 85mm f/1.8 "Pro" lens is very nice with weaknesses being flaring from just-out-of-view light sources and a too-loose aperture ring.

I would expect new lenses from them to be very good, hopefully with improvements in those two areas.

Meike 35/1.8 pro is available for order. We have $300.

I'm surprised that the Meike SE2 turned out to be better than the Pro version. Although the SE2 is clearly repurposed from the mirror system. By the way, Viltrox has released 55/1.8 . It will be interesting to see the difference with Meike 55/1.8

There's a Viltrox 55/1.8 for L-mount?

My 24mm 1.4 MIX arrived a bit late yesterday. The same day as my planned knee surgey.
So I‘ve only be able to check that it works fine on my S1RM2 and take some test shots at home.
The lens body feels very good, better than the 85mm 1.4 Mix I once had. The focus ring now has the right amount of resistance and the rendering looks very good. I hope to soon be able to go out and take some serious pictures with it.
But I will need a few weeks until I will be able, sadly.

Best wishes for a quick recovery!

Here‘re a few shots made home as I‘m still not able to go out for a longer period.

The 1st one shows the nice background this lens creates and the very good sharpness wide open:

The 2nd one is shot out of the roof window to test how much coma the lens creates. Fortunately the amount of coma is very low so that it can be used for sky photography

I hope to soon be able to go out for some nice landscape photos
