I have made a brief comparison between the Lumix S5IIx (€2,500 new) and the Nikon Z6III (€3,000 new):

Please, if there is any error or missing any relevant information, do not hesitate to correct it.

Advantages of the Lumix S5IIx for video:

-"active cooling" and unlimited recording
- open gate
- shutter angle
- SSD recording
- dual slot recording
- anamorphic support
- internal proxies
- IP streaming
- Waveform monitor
- vectorscope
- LUTs library and real time view assist
- Lumix Lab App
- cloud storage via wifi (frame.io)
- much better dynamic range

Advantages of the Nikon Z6iii for video:

- Internal raw (but to the CF express card, which is very likely to fill up in one session for the amount of gigs it needs)
- No rolling shutter

Dynamic range problem for video on the Nikon Z6iii. The camera has problems of flickering and noise in high ISOs for video:

Z6III can do up to 5.4K/60p using full sensor width, no need to have APSC crop. I feel this and the low rolling shutter are the biggest advantages for some video shooters.

But the biggest downside is it can't do dual card recording.. (i believe you can record small proxy to second card). it is a dual breaker for a lot of people. There must be some tech limitation caused by their hardware design as even the flagship Z9 and Z8 can't do that as well.
