What's the right all-around speed? - How should I set the frame rate in DaVinci Resolve (Timeline, playback, then export) to ensure it's consistent and allows me to play back these 50p clips either at actual speed or in 2x slow motion within the same final movie?

(I've done some tests in 4K 422/10-L 50p. I chose 50p to slow down certain sequences and also to limit exposure time, allowing me to film without using an ND filter when I need to work very quickly and the light is good.
I'm recording sound with a Zoom H4e at 32-bit floating point, which is super convenient and easy to sync to the audio track on the Lumix S1II, which is there specifically for that purpose)
